Remark:
1) Author must complete the registration by Oct. 10, 2007. Otherwise, the author’s paper will NOT be included in the proceedings.
2) Cancellation Policy: Fees will be refunded if a written request is received at least 30 days prior to the event. There will be an administrative charge of US$50 for cancellations.
3) No hard copy of the proceedings will be produced. Proceedings will be in electronic format only.
4) For student registrant：Please fax or email proof of your student status (a copy of your valid student ID or a letter from your department chair is required) to +86-595-22692840 or ispacs07@hqu.edu.cn.

Each registration except accompanying one includes:
1) One CD-ROM proceedings (delivered on site).
2) All technical sessions.
3) Welcome reception, banquet, coffee breaks, lunches, and dinners.
4) Each student registration can cover 1 paper, and each non-student registration may cover up to 2 papers authored or co-authored by the registrant.
5) Registration dependent sightseeing.

Accompanying registration includes:
Welcome reception, banquet, lunches, dinners, and registration dependent one day sightseeing in Xiamen.
